Description:

We are looking for a bubbly, passionate and energetic person to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to work days, nights and have full availability on weekends. We require a minimum of three years senior experience for this role.

Skills/ Requirements:

• Minimum of three years experience in a senior management position.
• A passion for customer service and the hospitality business.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage.
• Strong working knowledge of point of sale, systems, rosters and cash handling and reservation systems.
• Good skill level and knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Excellent leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment, selection, training and motivation of teams.
• Good knowledge of HACCP and industry best practise.
• Ability to speak and write English clearly.
