Saba: The Cookbook

In 2013, SABA: The Cookbook beat prestigious competition
from around the globe to win ‘Best Asian Cookbook in the World’
at the Gourmand Awards in Paris, which are the Oscars of the cookbook world.
It has won a total of seven awards so far.

Written by owner Paul Cadden and Executive Chef Taweesak Trakoolwattana, this is also the story of SABA’s first five years.

Authenticity is the key, and the food in SABA remains true to the origins of Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. The cookbook is beautifully illustrated throughout, and all the recipes have been tested in a domestic kitchen.

All proceeds from this book go to the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit in Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin and to the Thai Red Cross Society.
