Thai New Year At Saba
It’s time to celebrate Thai New Year at Saba. Also known as Songkran, this is a very special time of year for our Thai chefs and the Saba family.
Our head chef Tao has worked tirelessly on creating a brand new menu, especially for Thai New Year. Here’s a sneak peek at some of the delicious dishes we’ll have featured on our menu:
Our head mixologist, Victor, has been working on creating delicious cocktails for our Thai New Year festival at Saba and we couldn’t be more excited. They all sound so delicious. Here is a quick look at two of Victor’s creations;
Bacardi Carta Oro, fresh lime juice, tamarind syrup, Peychaud’s bitters topped with orange and basil water
Finlandia Grapefruit, Pimms, sala fruit syrup, fresh lemon juice, tonic water
This menu will be available in both Saba Upper Baggot Street and Clarendon Street from April 9th – 22nd. You can book your table to join in on the Thai New Year celebrations.
