Thai Masterclass with the Senior Women’s Irish Hockey Team

We enjoyed a lovely evening with the Senior Women’s Irish Hockey Team recently in The Sports Ireland Institute in Abbotstown.

 

The team had just finished a tough training session in sub-zero temperatures, so the hot food went down a treat.  Chef Tao, Chef Saek, and Chef Yo gave the team a Thai masterclass and shared their top tips. The entire team were brilliant students and cooked up a storm.
