2016 marks the centenary of the Easter rising. We want to celebrate the defining moments of 1916 with our “Spirit of Dublin” cocktail especially created by Saba’s head mixologist Karim Mehdi.

Karim focused on the Irish whiskey brand Teelings for this particular cocktail as they have been a staple whiskey brand in Irish history.
Stirred with Madeira, Cynar and Angostura bitters, this cocktail can be purchased in Saba Clarendon Street and Saba Baggot Street for €11.50.
