What is your name?
Hello, my name is Ronald Teh.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Malaysia and I’m currently living in Dublin.
What are your hobbies?
I have lots of hobbies but my main ones would be fishing and cooking. I love training in the gym, I can’t live without it.
How long have you been working with SABA?
I’ve been working in Saba for 2 years. I’m based in the Clarendon Street restaurant.
What are your favourite starters and main dishes to get from SABA?
My favourite starter is the Hoisin Duck Rolls, I love the hoisin sauce that it’s served with. My favourite main dish is Bangkok noodles.
What is the most popular dish ordered in SABA?
It’s hard to say but I think Phad Prik Sod or the Chicken Massaman would be the most popular dishes in Clarendon Street.
What is your favourite aspect of working in SABA?
Saba is a great place to work. Although we’re always busy, it’s a friendly and fun environment.
Have you any funny stories that happened while working?
There was once a customer that asked me for the “beer”(bill) and I gave him a bottle of beer.
what is your favourite restaurant in Dublin City?
SABA!!!
