Bacardi Carta Oro, fresh lime juice, tamarind syrup, Peychauds bitters topped with orange and basil water
Ingredients
40ml Bacardi Carta Oro
20ml fresh lime juice
20ml tamarind syrup,
2 dash Peychauds bitters
Top with orange and basil water
Method
Add all ingredients except orange and basil water to the glass.
Add crushed ice and churn with a bar spoon until chilled.
Top with orange and basil water. Garnish with orange slice and Basil sprig.
