The menu features coeliac options as well as intriguing new paleo dishes; this dairy-free, wheat-free, soya-free, and legume-free style of eating is based around the diet of our ancestors. All SABA meals have a low glycemic load, to keep that fuller feeling for longer and to avoid insulin spikes, while we also offer the choice of brown rice for the same reason.
