Cocktail Recipe Of The Month – Dragon’s Tail
Makes 1 cocktail
Our Cocktail Recipe Of The Month was created to celebrate Vietnamese New Year but it could be the perfect Christmas party treat!
1 slice fresh dragon fruit
40ml Finlandia grapefruit vodka
20ml lemon juice
10ml ginger and lemongrass syrup
Drizzle of Chambord
- In a Boston mixing glass, muddle* the dragon fruit (without skin) then add the vodka, fresh lemon juice and syrup.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and seal it with the Boston Shaker. Shake very well.
- Strain the cocktail in a tumbler over crushed ice and drizzle a few mls of Chambord on top.
- Garnish with a half slice of dragon fruit.
