Celebrate Christmas With Saba

Celebrate Christmas with Saba, our all-time favourite dishes, wonderful wines and some fantastic new festive cocktails.

Prawn Pomelo Mieng Kam* 

Steamed tiger prawns with shredded roasted coconut, ginger, shallots, lime, and birds eye chillis with tamarind shrimp paste and a palm sugar sauce.

Pan fried Duck with Pineapple*

Pan-fried slow aromatic duck served with pineapple, ginger, woodear mushrooms, onions, peppers and spring onion with a rice wine and soy sauce.


With both restaurants being just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful sights of Dublin city during the Christmas season, we can’t think of a better place to have a festive celebration.
