Caveman Month Is Coming Soon To Saba

Posted on: December 16 2015

Eat like your ancestors during Caveman Month with Saba’s delicious new paleo menu.

The brand new menu kick starts the New Year with no compromise on taste.

Saba and Saba To Go are delighted to announce the launch of Caveman Month. From January 11th to January 29th both Saba and Saba To Go will be offering a dedicated Paleo menu inspired by Saba favourites. Dishes from the new menu include Char-grilled Sirloin Steak served in a delicious red curry paste and the Primal Green with a delicious serving of tiger prawns.

The paleo menu, created by head chef Taweesak Trakoolwattana in conjunction with leading nutritionist Erika Doolan of Nutrition Ireland, stays true to the Saba values, with a focus on fresh ingredients and rich authentic flavours. Paleo is a dairy free, wheat free, soya free, and legume free eating plan which has become increasingly popular among health and fitness enthusiasts and is a great way to kick start your New Year.
Paul Cadden, owner of Saba said: “We are delighted to extend our healthy eating ethos to include a paleo specific menu. We’ve noticed the popularity of our paleo specific dishes, such as The Caveman, and an overall change in our customers lifestyle choices and saw an opportunity to create a menu unique to their needs. We are excited to see customers reactions to the new paleo menu”.
Book your table in Saba to sample our Paleo and healthy options from the 11th until the 29th of January.
