Our Caveman festival is back in time to kick off a healthy 2019
We are delighted to announce the return of Caveman Festival. Building on the success of Caveman Festival over the last three years, the special Paleo-friendly menu will be running from January 7th – 27th.
The menu includes Chargrilled Sliced 8oz Fillet Steak which is served with broccoli, Chinese leaves, bok choy and carrots in a paleo-friendly red curry sauce and Vietnamese Monkfish Steak Curry which is served with sweet potato, taro, lemongrass, and kale.
The paleo menu will also include a range of signature cocktails, low in calories, made from the freshest fruit and made using only natural sweeteners. Cocktails include The Gatherer, made with Bacardi Carta Blanca, Lillet rouge, stevia, a selection of fresh berries and topped with soda water and The Forager which is made with Bombay Sapphire, lime juice, lemongrass, mint, bitters, raw honey, and chamomile syrup
