We’re bringing our ‘Street Kitchen’ to Kildare Village
Award winning Thai and Vietnamese restaurant group, Saba are proud to announce the opening of it’s ‘Saba Street Kitchen’ in Kildare Village in the coming weeks.
Saba which opened its first restaurant thirteen years ago, now has two restaurants in Dublin city and three takeaways in Rathmines, Windy Arbour and Deansgrange. Saba are delighted to be adding Kildare Village to the Saba family and will offer customers a taste of the much loved Saba experience. Executive Chef Taweesak Trakoolwattana has created a bespoke menu to suit the ‘pop up’ nature of the ‘Saba Street Kitchen’ and will feature Chicken Massaman, Phad Thai and Aromatic Butternut Squash Curry as well some other of your firm favourites.
Chef Tao will keep true to the healthy ethos of Saba with a focus on fresh, healthy ingredients. Chef Tao has also made a tasty kids menu available so they can enjoy some delicious noodles and curries as well.

Commenting on the new opening, owner Paul Cadden said; “We are really excited to be opening in Kildare Village. It will extend our offering outside of Dublin for the first time.
