50ml Jameson Irish whiskey, 20 ml apricot brandy liqueur,
20ml lemon juice, 15ml homemade palm sugar and apricot shrub,
1 dash peach bitters and 2 egg whites shaken.
Served over crushed ice with a lemon twist. The perfect Irish cocktail this Paddy’s Day!
