A Drink For Jenson Button

We can hear the scream of the Formula One cars from SABA. They sound unbelievable. The Bavaria Formula One race through the city is in full swing. After the chequer flag, pop into us and try a Jenson Button inspired drink. It’s called “On The Button” and is a twist on the classic south of France aperitif ” the Negroni ” by our head bartender Karim Medhi (also from the south of France).

Gin, Campari, fresh ginger and Domaine Canton ginger liqueur. Just muddle fresh ginger in a mixing glass, add all ingredients and stir well with ice. Double strain into an old fashioned whiskey glass with one big shard of ice.
