For a true taste of Thailand, try Saba on Dublin's Clarendon Street. Recently opened by Paul Cadden with Head Chef Taweesak Trakoolwattana - both bring a extensive culinary experience and a distinct passion for traditional Thai and Vietnamese dishes to the Dublin dining scene. Trakoolwattana (who has cooked for teh King and Queen of Thailand) focuses on fresh, healthy ingredients and rich authentic flavours with fresh Thai and Vietnamese herbs, vegetables and fruit arriving from Bangkok on a weekly basis to Saba. these ingredients have been sourced from co-op farmers to ensure fair prices for farmers and all of the beef, chicken and seafood will be sourced locally in Ireland. The tempura of soft shell crab, duck red curry with lychees and grapes and green papaya are all the highlights.?
