THE NEXT SABA SESSION WILL BE .....

A cocktail class with Paul Lambert on July 11th.

The cocktail class will be held on July 11th and will be hosted by Bacardi Brand Ambassador, Paul Lambert. Paul has worked in the industry for over 15 years, has appeared on many TV and radio shows including The Apprentice, The Pat Kenny Show, Ireland AM and Newstalk 106 and has written for many trade and social publications including Food & Wine and Licencing World. He has won many international cocktail awards, runs his own cockail company www.mixo-logic.com  and he even makes a guest appearance at Saba from time to time! So we could think of no one better qualified to teach you all there is to know about Bacardi cocktails!

During this session, Paul will take you through the background of Bacardi and how it inspired some of Cuba's most famous cocktails including the Mojito, the Daiquiri and the Bacardi Cocktail. He will show you how to make the best Bacardi cocktails and then it will be your turn to step up to the bar and do some mixing!

The session starts at 12.30pm at Saba and will be followed by lunch at 2.30pm. Tickets for this session cost €35 per person which includes the session, lunch and of course cocktails. Tickets are limited to two per peson and will be sold on a "first come,first served" basis so book early to avoid disappointment.
