The herbs, spices, vegetables and fruit are highly nutritious and packed with anti-oxidants, which are powerful natural medicines. Coconut is rich is fibre, vitamins and minerals and it features in many of our dishes, while all Thai and Vietnamese cuisine is dairy-free and often gluten-free.

The food we cook and serve is authentic. We fly fresh herbs and vegetables direct from Bangkok once a week. We are committed to always sourcing from South East Asia where possible, or from the very finest Irish providers where not, while bona fide cooking methods preserve more nutrients so you enjoy fresh food that truly nourishes.

In 2014, we partnered with Nutrition Ireland to create an innovative new menu which offers even more healthy options and makes those options easier to understand. We added symbols to suggest the calorie count: SABA Slim (SS) represents dishes that contain less than 250 calories while SABA Light (SL) signifies that a portion is under 400 calories.

The menu features coeliac options as well as intriguing new paleo dishes; this dairy-free, wheat-free, soya-free, and legume-free style of eating is based around the diet of our ancestors. All SABA meals have a low glycemic load, to keep that fuller feeling for longer and to avoid insulin spikes, while we also offer the choice of brown rice for the same reason. All dishes are dairy-free, many are gluten-free and most can be modified to meet your needs.
