Ingredients

300gBeef fillet - finely sliced
30gBird eyes chilli crushed
30gGarlic crust
30gChilli
50gOnion sliced
50gPepper mixed cut in stripped
50gString bean cut long 2"
30gBaby corn cut in half
50gHoly basil
2tbspnSoya sauce
2tbspnOyster sauce
1tbspnBlack soya sauce
2tbspnSugar
3tbspnCooking oil
50mlChicken stock

COOKING METHOD

    • Heat the wok until medium hot.
    • Add the chopped garlic and bird eyes chilli and stir until there is an aroma.
    • Add beef and stir for 30 second.
    • Add onion, pepper, string bean, baby corn and chilli.
    • Add some chicken stock stir for a minute. Do not over cook. Ensure vegetables are al dente.
    • Season with soya sauce, oyster sauce, black soya sauce and sugar.
    • Add holy basil just before you serve.
    • Serve with some Thai Jasmine rice.
