4pcsBirds-eye chilli chopped
4pcsChilli chopped
5clovesGarlic chopped

3tbspnFish sauce
3tbspnFresh lime juice

COOKING METHOD

    • Boil water and put in a piece of lime.
    • Cook all the seafood.
    • To make salad dressing: Mix all chopped bird-eyes chilli, chilli, garlic, shallot, coriander, sugar, fish sauce.
    • Add fresh lime juice and mix it well.
    • Put seafood and all the ingredients in a big bowl.
    • Add salad dressing and hot chilli sauce mix it together.
    • Put on salad leaves and serve immediately.
